Sunday Swim

When we got home from church today I let Shadow inside the house so I could feed him. After he was in for a little while I decided I would put him outside because he was being so hyper. I opened the sliding door to try getting him outside but of course he runs down the hallway. I finally manage catch him and carry his long dangely body outside. As soon as I got outside I look to the left because I hear something splash in the water. Ashlyn is sitting in her little kiddie pool in her sunday dress just looking at me with a big smile on her face.

I tried downloading more pictures from my phone but it was being dumb. This is the only one I was able to get for now. Its not the best but it was funny because she had pulled some grass up and it was stuck on her fingers. It scared her because it wouldn't come off because her hands were all wet.

Park

We walked to the park today to enjoy the nice weather. Ashlyn always gets so happy when we go outside. As soon as we put her on the blanket she started playing peek a boo with the frisbe that we had brought with us. It was so cute. She was constantly smiling and kept giggling. She has the cutest laugh ever. I could listen to her laugh all day long if I could.

I would say where is Ashlyn and every time she uncovered her face she had the biggest smile on her face.

I tried getting Blaine's attention so we could take a picture together but he kept looking away when I pressed the button.

Ashlyn discovered the grass today! She kept finding stuff on the ground. I think it was a little piece of paper that she had found.

Such a cute little girl! I can't believe that she is already 11 months old!!!

I finally got a semi good picture of Blaine and I. It would have been a lot better if we had someone with us taking the pictures but I managed doing it myself.

I was holding Ashlyn and snaping the picture in this one. Lol. Aren't I talented.

Ashlyn sure enjoyed being pushed in the swing.

The last few days Ashlyn's new thing is to point with her finger at things.

Easter 2010

This Easter Ashlyn and I went to Parowan. Blaine ended up having to work so he wasn't able to make it up with us. My awesome sister Amy let us ride up with her and Matt.

I thought Ashlyn was going to be crying the whole way but she ended up being so happy the whole ride. (Probably because we switched her carseat to face forward)

She played with her toys and even took a 20 minute nap!

When we got to Parowan Grandma was the first one to hold her. She had on these cute Bunny Ears on.

When Grandma put the ears onto Ashlyn she just sat there for a few minutes and didn't even care that they were on. She looked so cute in them.

My Nephew Colton and Neice Berkely. Grandma bought these little sponge animals that you put into water and they grow into animals and dinosours. The kids had fun trying to figure out what animal it was growing into.

Before we went on the Easter Egg Hunt we got pictures of all the cousins together.

While all the bigger kids when outside in the cold I let the Dax and Ashlyn have their own little egg hunt.

Ashlyn just sat there looking at Dax the whole time.

I had put a few eggs into Ashlyn's Basket, but Dax ended up taking them out. Ashlyn didn't like that so much.

Ashlyn was sad because Dax had tooken all her eggs she was playing with.

All of Ashlyn's cousins got a lot of candy and she was trying to eat some of Dax's. I ended up giving her this ring pop for a few minutes.

She sure enjoyed sucking on it.

My goal was to add to my blog at least once a week. You can obviously see how well I've done considering it's been almost 3 weeks since my last blog. I'll Make it up though I promise!

I started a scrapbook for Ashlyn when she was first born and I did really good on it till she was 7 weeks old and then life got hectic because I went back to work and we were looking for a house to buy. The other day i was looking through all of Ashlyn's baby pictures and got really motivated and excited to start scrapbooking again. I've been staying up past 1 every night because I'm having so much fun with it. I do regret it in the mornings though. lol. I am on the 5th month of Ashlyn's life so I'm not too behind! The pages I am doing aren't to fancy but at least I have it done and it will still be fun to look at in the future!

Growing Girl!

I can't believe that 9 months has come and gone! Ashlyn has changed so much over the last few months. She has 3 teeth, crawls, walks along the funiture, and loves to watch mommy and daddy. She has just discovered how to sing and will scream at the top of her lungs. It is funny and very cute to watch. Here are a few pictures of our cutie pie!
